Ramona Falls Hike – 2003

One of our first adventures during the 2003 Oregon visit was a hike in the Mt. Hood Forest. It was at least 7 miles round trip to Romona Falls. The kids got tired and a little cranky, but they were great considering! The scenic trail and family time was awesome!

One of several bridge crossings along the way.
It’s Ramona Creek, I think. Makes sense since it’s Romana Falls we were heading too. That’s not it.
That’s it! It looks better in person and the spray felt good half way through a long Summer hike.
This is near the trailhead. Mt. Hood is right there along the humble beginnings of the Sandy River.
Hi Michael! Great view, huh?!
